Dr. Zadeh graduated from the UAB School of Optometry in 1990. His special
interests include pediatric eye care, orthokeratology, LASIK co-management,
primary eye care, and contact lenses. Dr. Zadeh is fluent in three languages,
English, Persian, and Spanish. He lives in Marietta with his wife, Hengameh,
and two children, Shawdon and Melody. Dr. Zadeh has been actively
involved in local and state optometric organizations since 1990. He has
served as president of the Greater Atlanta District of optometrists for
two years. He has also served on the Georgia Optometric Association
Board of Trustees for 8 years. He was the state coordinator for
the Vision USA program in the year 2000. He is currently a member
of the executive committee of Georgia Optometric Association and most
recently served as president of the association in 2007.
Julie is a Virginia native, who moved here in 2003. She comes from an
Italian and Puerto Rican background. In the office she can help you with
all your insurance and billing questions. She also maintains excellent
customer service while assisting with scheduling appointments, pre-testing
patients, dispensing contact lenses, and eyewear purchases. With over
4 years of experience in this field, she feels that everyday is a learning
experience. In her free time she enjoys catching a Braves game and spending
time with her family, Jason, Arianna, Dominik, and the new addition to
the family, Bianca.
Rae was raised in North Georgia, and recently graduated from Brenau University
in Gainesville, GA. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in both Graphic Design
and Studio Art, with a focus on drawing and painting. She intends on furthering
her education in the upcoming year. Rae has six years of experience in
the field, and now works as our Billing &Insurance Specialist. When she is not
at the office, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and
friends.
Nicole was raised in North Georgia. After completing her Bachelor of Fine
Arts in Studio Art with a concentration of Ceramics, she came to work
at Family Eyecare of Roswell. She has over six years of experience in
this field, and plans on pursuing her Optician license. Nicole strives
to achieve excellent customer service and patient care. While outside
of work she enjoys visiting with friends and family, and also relaxing
with her husband, Jordan.
Corean grew up in Seattle Washington in the Alki Beach Area. Prior to moving to Atlanta she attended Seattle Central Community College and the University of Washington where she earned her degree in Opticianry, Marketing and Public Relations. In addition she as been in the Optical field for 10 years with 8 years of professional experience. Corean is also a member of the NAO, National Academy of Opticinary which keeps Optician's updated with continuing education. She also holds a current certification for the NCLE,the National Contact Lens Examiners which is a Georgia state exam that certifies those ophthalmic dispensers who fit and work with contact lenses. Along with spending time with her husband Miguel and family she enjoys being a marketing consultant, assistant soccer coach, jogging, salsa dancing, abstract art and traveling. Her future goal is to become a Georgia State Licensed Dispensing Optician.
Emilie is a Georgia native, who for 2 years lived in Montana, 3 years in Germany, and now lives back in beautiful North Georgia. Emilie has 2 years of experience in the field, and now works as the Optometric Assistant. She is in charge of helping Dr. Zadeh with pre-testing patients, scheduling appointments, Baseline and GDX photography, training patients with contacts lenses, dispensing contact lenses, and maintaining our contact lens inventory. She feels that a positive attitude in the work place can make an amazing difference. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her husband Christopher who she’s been happily married to for over 7 years, live music, photography, and traveling.
